MILESTONES
Joined the SAP support team as an extension of the internal implementation team, first in St. Louis with the Beer business unit's Customer Service department, then at corporate in Muncie, Indiana. Kept Customer Service and Production Planning running without interruption through go-live.
Led the SAP development team that delivered every systems interface for a new automated storage and retrieval system: about 25,000 pallet positions, fully automated from induction to outbound staging, at more than 300 pallets per hour in and out. Taken from concept to live operations with Power Automation Systems.
Designed and delivered the EDI integration that brought a co-manufacturer live with Lactalis USA, including 856 mapping changes for sell-by and best-by dates, and supported the program through to completion.
Moved warehouse and order-to-cash EDI from a managed VAN to CPI iFlows, with 3PLs, national retailers and online marketplaces running on the new platform, plus a carrier tracking API exposed to SAP through an OData V4 CAP service on BTP.
Retailers, marketplaces, 3PL warehouses, carriers, co-manufacturers and suppliers brought live across X12 and EDIFACT: specs reviewed, maps built, connectivity set up, tested and cut over.
